Hi Team, I have an order to be received and WayBill Reference Number is [protected]. I didn't receive any call regarding the delivery of my order. Instead they have updated as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". When I reached out to customer care, Customer Care Executive didn't provide any proper resolution to update my address or to reach out to someone from Delivery Team. The way Executive answered my queries was not Polite.
I am not happy with the service provided by Customer Care Support/Delivery Team. I need someone to look into this issue and get it addressed as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
