Blue Dart Express — BlueDart - Product not delivered and Falsely marked as "C'Nee Shifted from given address"

I received a message from Bluedart saying "We will deliver your shipment #[protected] today" on 19th October. the delivery person contacted me and said he couldn't deliver my parcel to the given and I have to collect it from the office and not picking up my calls afterwards. But when I check on my waybill number its showing the status of "C'Nee Shifted from given address". I was at home all day. please deliver my order to the given address
