Blue Dart Express — Bogus reasons put on trackdart as excuses for non-delivery | |||||
The consignment with Waybill No: [protected] was delivered on March 16, by the BlueDart Delivery Executive, THREE DAYS after its arrival in Mumbai. 1. For Monday, 14 March, the code 003 was marked at 15:48 hours. TrackDart shows "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" which was not the case, since I questioned the Delivery Executive if he found our premises closed and he answered in the negative. 2. For Tuesday, 15 March, the code 137 was marked at 14:58 hours. TrackDart shows "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery" which was not the case, since the Delivery Executive claimed to have tried to call me but the call didn't go through. He didn't arrive at the premises at all to deliver the consignment. This shows that there is a lack of professionalism in the way that BlueDart is operating. Instead of acknowledging that because of various factors (maybe High Volume of Consignments) the delivery is not possible, the persons responsible for updating the delivery status on TrackDart are putting up Bogus Reasons. I register a strong protest against this thoroughly unprofessional manner of functioning of BlueDart. Kindly take note and get the procedural problems rectified at the earliest.
