Blue Dart Express — Cash taken in place of digital payment.

Sir I would like to make acomplaint that the delivery boy delivering my MI 32 inch TV. After delivery asked for cash payment.when asked that where is your swipe mascine his reply was that he doesn't have it, and insisted on cash payment. I would request you to take my complaints as how he can ask for cash. I'm very serious about it.pls take some action and I must be informed .
