Blue Dart Express — change in delivery address for credit card delivery

I would like to change my delivery address for the Standard Chartered credit card to be delivered from the below existing address

Karapakam ILP Centre TCS
Pin - 600097

New address:
TCS, 1/G1, SIPCOT IT Park, Navalur PO,
Kanchipuram District, Siruseri - 603103

The delivery is pending for the past 2 weeks as the primary address is not correct. Please update the new address and deliver to this address as soon as possible.

Out for Delivery prior msg not came. Called from a point other than the delivery point at which the customer was unable to pick. when called back, replying that it will be delivered on monday. delaying by three days. mob no. [protected]

When Bluedart agreed to deliver an item to a given address, how it can deny at later stage. Waybill Number: [protected]. the trader of the consignment is Shopperstop.
