Network delay, will impact delivery

Hi Bluedart, suddenly my parcel status is showing network delay, will impact delivery. Please resolve is as quickly as possible. It is important for me to get that parcel on time....

An complaint against your service blue dart nagrota, that the delivery boy has delivered my parcel on 24th Feb 2024. But late night your service are updating status that parcel not delivered due to non availability of customer, by which I am facing problem that I want to return my parcel but due to not delivered status the return option is not available there so I am facing problem to return the parcel. Requesting you to clear your error and should be not repeated again in future and do the action against your courier partner Jammu Nagrota.

A complaint against your service blue dart nagrota, that the delivery boy has delivered my parcel on 24th Feb 2024.     Hi, I want to know how does this delivery executive work...from past a week I have been receiving the msg of not delivered due to customer refused to take the package, but I have not received any call from any delivery executive nor has any one come to the address mentioned for delivery.. how can someone refuse when no one has approached...
    Iam sick n tired of asking them to reschedule my delivery date but each time I don't receive any call, msg, or the boy delivery to give my package...
    Who should I contact to get hold my package and not receive this utter lie msg's.
    Pls confirm for today I have receive my Package els wud take things further ahead to report the fraud and the inefficiency in the Business.

      Whenever I ordered something through bluedart, after reaching the final hub instead of trying to deliver or contact the customer for proper adress, they will mention like wrong pincode will impact delivery shipment redirected on same awb, shipment further connected etc.. My package roaming here and there... My pincode and adress i provided is exact and accurate.. Even google can easily find it. Then why this guys can't find the location, iam using the same adress for flipkart, Amazon, meesho, nyka, purple etc. It will be delivered before time without any delay. In bluedart it will take more time than expected... Please check on this and do the needfull. AwB num:[protected]

        Blue dart express prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

        The message read out for delivery around 4:23 PM and Blue Dart's office is merely 15-20 mins from my location. Around 9 PM they say Prohibited Area / Entry restricted. My society has no watchman or gate. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Mojo, Dominoes, Pizza hut, Burger King and others have no problems delivering order to my door step.

        What is this behavior from Bluedart? Please resolve this issue quickly....

          As i live in tapovan rishikesh i looked for the closest location to ship a package to & found this blue dart express location at Street Number-12, Haridwar Road, Rishikesh Uttranchal, Rishikesh - 249201 (Near Idpl City Gate, Geeta Nagar) and uses it as the adress, as my original adress was not accepted!

          Now it says Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect Eventhough this is an oficial location from the website!

              My name is Reshma Rajubhai Sheakh from Rajkot-360007.I have a courier from ICICI BANK.& Your courier boy was called me he said that where is your proper address & i said that properly but he said i can't send you the courier and i will return to ICICI Bank...you solve it... it's really very rude.I am very shocked bcoz your company is very reputed & this boy was talk like that.It is really very shameful to you... please solve this issue.

                My WayBill number is [protected]. They did not call or text me when the shipment was out for delivery, yet they have updated on their status that the customer was not ready for exchange, how can that be the case? They did not even call me. my phone number is [protected], Syed Insaf. Please look into it.

                  My awb number is [protected]. It is not delivered. The delivery person took the shipment around 2 PM and did not delivered and at might around 9-10 PM they will mark it as "incomplete or wrong address".

                  So it is clear that they are not able to deliver the parcel and at night they mark it as Incomplete address.

                  They don't even bother to give a call to ask for a location.

                  I have already called bluedart customer service twice and they promised to resolve the issue and said the address is correct only. They promised to deliver next day. But all in vein.

                      My consignment from bank was booked on 19th Jan and supposed to deliver on 20th Jan. I started calling customer service from 22nd Jan and they keep on telling today the shipment will be delivered. But today (24jan), again i called them, they are saying location constraint. If location is constraint, either they should be knowing at the time of booking or during my calls to them. Giving wrong information all the time, keeping the consignment with them and enjoying, they dont know the importance of the consignment.

                        I am receiving a message that the OTP was not shared or was incorrect and so the courier wasn't delivered. But nobody even came to the door, neither did I receive any OTP. Blue dart never even made an effort to deliver the courier, and updated the status to delivery attempt failed. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from Blue Dart.

                            The company’s delivery persin did not even call me once before cancelling the delivery to locate the address. The address provided- A-808, tirupati regalia, phase 2, nandan euphora road, dashrath nagar, vishrantwadi, pune, pin- 411015.
                            The above address is correct as other parcels are also delivered on the same.
                            They can also try with the following alternate address-
                            A-808, tirupati regalia phase 2, survey no. 90, anand park, vishrantwadi.
                            Please help in resoving the issue.

                                Today my Axis bank credit card was arriving. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached Mumbai, and is out for delivery on 11th January, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                                I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And oneplus support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

                                Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

                                  i received a parcel yesterday (11th Jan'24) through blue dart. while seeing the label and packing I felt this is a fake product. when discussed with delivery boy he said if you receive fake product you can return to blue dart hub and can take back the money paid. taking this assurance, I have paid the amount and taken the packet. After opening the parcel I see this is a fake item. i approached blue dart officer on duty at local delivery center (in Bala Nagar) he said he can't help in this case as i paid the amount to Delivery executive through GPay. I have few points to highlight hear.

                                  1.because this product came through blue dart I believed this seller may be genuine.
                                  2. Blue dart delivery boy also mislead me saying if I receive a fake item amount will be refunded if I approach local delivery center.
                                  3. company like Blue dart for the sake of business how can they do business with fake companies.
                                  4. the label sticked on the top of the box having no sender details.
                                  Point number 4 says courier companies also involved in selling fake item and looting the general public money for the sake of there business.

                                  My order for Laser distance Meter. I received a measuring tape.
                                  Maybe I lost money by believing Delivery boys words, But my intention to raise the complaint that companies like Blue Dart can't do business with these types of sellers.

                                    Parcel stuck at hub

                                    Hello,
                                    I am yet to receive my parcel and it's been 4 days. I tracked the parcel and it's been stuck at the nehru place hub since 8 january. It doesn't even take 40 min to reach my house from that place but it's 12 january today and still the parcel it not out for delivery...
