My icici credit card was sent via blue dart and was supposed to be delivered today. I directly went to blue dart office and they confirmed that they have received the shipment and it will be delivered today. This Bluedart service is the worst among all courier services.
They simply do not attempt the delivery and say "Consignee not available".

I am specifically talking about the Bachupally Branch, Hyderabad. Whenever I get the message that my item will be delivered by bluedart I need to mentally prepare that the item won't be delivered or it would take alteast 3 weeks to deliver.

I dont know why organizations...

I had never experienced this much frustration in the process of a consignment to be delivered at my address before.
May 2023. As I needed that passport urgently, just after seeing that tracking-status online, I proactively called their Customer Service ([protected]). My produch has not been delivered. The bluedart tracking portal shows "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" even though this is nit true. Infact i received a delivery from bluedart just a week ago in the same address. I haven't received any sms or calls from the delivery person. I dont know what to do. Please help....

I ordered my product on 2nd April and just because I couldn't pick up a single call, the deliver didn't even bother to pick up the call after that. I tried calling him several times but no answer. They just kept postponing the delivery and now it just said that the consignee cancelled the order, which in fact I didn't. Such a poor delivery service and no audacity at all to contact and inform the customers about the status of delivery. Please...

I purchased a book "Homeward: towards the poetics of space" from Amazon on 20th January. Eta is 1st Feb. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached Guwahati, and is out for delivery on 27th January, which is the city i live in. I got the message out for delivery from blue dart, later when i called the customer care someone told me the status has been updated as "necessary charges pending from consignee" and asked me to make the payment through the website the link he sent was "https://bludartcourierserv.wixsite.com/payment" i dont think this link is even valid. My order was supposed to be delivered on 14 jan but since 13 Jan the status is showing network issue will impact delivery. I talked with the customer support and they informed me that it will be delivered by 16th

"I returned two packages to Boat on December 16th, using the AWB numbers [protected] and [protected]. The packages were picked up on December 17th and have been sitting in the warehouse since then.

My waybill number is [protected]and I was waiting all day for delivery as per the site status check. I called up customer care to get this delivered too in priority.

However after 8 pm i see this status as Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For. Is this even justified. We dont have security or anyone. Its just a stanalone apartment. Nor did the blue dart delivery person called. I eant my shipment to be delivered...
