Blue Dart Express — cheque book delivered to wrong person

Bluedart has delivered my cheque book to the wrong person at the wrong address. They did not share any contact number neither did they call me before giving it to "ashok" who i have no idea, and since it was delivered in the wrong address i cannot track him. Bluedart collect my parcel from "ashok" and get it delivered to me. What is wrong with this courier service? Do they handover couriers addressed to a person to z person?

Very worst experience with the delivery point. Order WB number :[protected] there were no attempts made by the delivery person and we see it has delivery attempted but door was closed. Worst.

mera shipment aaya nahi lekin 28.11.2018 ko samastipur office se message aaya ki aapka shipment delivered ho gya hai aur samastipur wale office ka number bhi nahi lag rha hai.sir ye shipment bank kaa hai

Blue dart guy do not come to home address. This is my 3rd experience with blue dart. Hence i did nt receive my debit card. Now i m hanging in between
