Blue Dart Express — cheque book not delivered but just made the statement

Hi,
We are waiting in the home itself for the cheque book,
But then also no one came to deliver and today morning i am seeing the status
"c'nee shifted from the given address"

So negligible that no attempt was made to deliver even on the urgency of the my cheque book this is so disguising,

Can you please let me know the number and name of the guy who tried to deliver

This happened on :- 19th feb 2019

My brother was waiting in the home itself to get the cheque book
No attempt was made for delivery as of i know,
