I ordered a product from paytm and now i want to return it. The person that was supposed to take the pick up, first of all did not contacted and came whenever he felt like and i was not available at that time so he said that he'll be coming tomorrow so i told make sure you call before coming, he didn't called and niether he came he just cancelled the return request and somehow i managed to re arrange the return request from paytm so he called and was so rude and showing attitude and he knew that he is at fault, then also he said that i called you and you were not picking up the phone.
Blue dart listen first of all train your staff how to behave and then appoint them. I want you to talk to your courier person and at least take some action that he realise and learn how to talk
And i'll make sure, niether to use nor to recommend anyone to go for blue dart
