Dear sir/mam, It’s very shameful thing that blue dart courier service is so poor. We are facing a lot of breakdowns due to unavailable of the above mentioned courier. Neither any positive reply found from your toll free no. Even, they are speaking very rudely as like untrained people and using 3rd class language when we are asking the delay reason of delivery. Is it your best courier service? Is it the way to handle customers, how you can trained your feedback persons (Toll free no. Attended)? Have you taken any medical fitness report of the employee before appointment of your feedback team? Is it our fault using your courier service? What’s about your commitment of expected date of delivery? Who can bear the loss of our breakdowns?
