Blue Dart Express — Complaining about behaviour of delivery staff

I am mohan, i reissued my credit card from HDFC bank and my HDFC credit card was supposed to deliver 07/18/2022. During the time of delivery i was not present at home also my parents was not there. Delivery boy refused to deliver the Card to my uncle's son and also said that you need to come yourself along with house so that i will check your house from inside and than i will deliver your card. I was agree with the delivery to come myself to collect the card even i am on my office but not with the house exploration.
Few days back i received my debit card and credit on same adress from bluedart and at that time during the time of delivery no one asked me to check my house by entering into my house.
In last 15 days 2 delivery boys came and delivered 2 cards on my adress without come inside my house but this boy and his boss told me to explore my house before delivery.
