I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Blue Dart Express Ltd. regarding the non-delivery of my HDFC Bank credit card (Waybill No: [protected]) due to their false claim of an incorrect address.
Despite the fact that the delivery address provided is completely accurate, and even after a representative from HDFC Bank personally visited and verified the address, Blue Dart continues to mark the shipment status as “Consignee’s Address Incomplete/Incorrect.”
I have attempted to resolve the issue by contacting their customer service and writing multiple emails, but all responses have been generic and falsely assuring, without any actual resolution. The shipment has been held at the Dwarka Service Centre since April 30, 2025, as per the tracking details, and multiple failed delivery attempts have been falsely logged without any actual attempt to contact me or deliver the parcel.
This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, especially since the credit card is time-sensitive and important for my financial activities.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate delivery of the HDFC credit card to my verified address.
2. An official apology from Blue Dart.
