Blue Dart Express — Complaint against delivery executive

HI this is Rajib Dasgupta, i was expecting a delivery from bluedart on 17th sep 2020, and the delivery exective camed at 5pm in the evening and as my mom a cancer patient she opened the door little late, but the executive had done a rude behavior with my mom and even cancelled the delivery, and that is my bank documents which were very essential for me . So I donot know why blue dart being a reputated company hire these types of employees and even donot take any steps against these types of employee . It is a loss for me .
