Our customer send materials on chhatral address which is clearly mention on the parcel, but bludart person serve at ahmedabad.

Will you please clarify why it being happned?

Customer has been already mentioned delivery address on the parcel. Then, why you supposed to deliver at our ahmedabad office address.

We need your clarification on priority basis.
