I am regret to inform you that i have faced such a pathetic experience from your services from vadodara branch.
The above mentioned consignment is sent to me from gurgaon, in the first place i have received a message yesterday confirming that the consignment is delivered to me at 3.20 pm, it was all a false response updated on the website as the courier was not delivered to me when i contacted the local office its been communicated to me that the system is wrongly updated and thy will rectified this error, by considering it a human error i just ignore it, but i am dejected to inform you that today when i have received the parcel its envelop was opened completely and was totally wet in order words its spoiled completely due to water, i have attached the pics for your reference. Just to reiterate i need a clarification on the below mentioned concerns:
1) why the system is wrongly updated as delivered?? What was the intention behind this?? I can guess the intention of proving that the consignment is delivered in 24 hours just to justify the higher tariff charges from your side, please explain the reason??
2) why the parcel is spoiled and is exposed to open air when its fact that its a rainy season??
3) why the envelop is opened?? Who has opened the sealed envelop?? I need a clarification on this.
Nevertheless to say that blue dart is a international leading courier company and this type of experience is not only challenging the services but also ruining the brand image of the company.
I would want a compensation for this fall.
