This is with reference to the parcel dated 12.05.2018 it has been showing on the site of blue dart that it is out for delivery from 14.05.2018 but still I have not received my parcel. Also contacted with customer care of blue dart on 16.05.2018 they said that to delivery it on 17.05.2018 but still I have not received any update or notification from blue dart.
Yesterday I have received call from delivery boy he asking for an delivery address. I have given him delivery address then to I have not received the parcel and again when contacting him he didn't pick up the call. either
I want my money back or parcel as soon as possible. otherwise please proceed for legal proceedings.
