Blue Dart Express — Complaint regarding shipment [protected] not delivered from 3rd September till date | |||||
Dear All, Till date I have not received my shipment no as the above, which had no track about its track about from Dalhousie hub location to Bally location.I have practically called up their customer care and till yesterday it was told that the same would be courier end by 7th September and my request to CCE that no one will be at home for next few days the courier would be returned.Today morning when I called up came to know that courier is still not on track and delay would happen for delivery. We are working professional and if pay a high price to get your documents on time to be delivered we need to expect to get our shipment delayed since the so called CCE cannot confirm your delivery time.You stay at home and waste two days to get your shipment delivered or otherwise the courier gets returned that no one was there to receive this is type of service we get from BLue dart. The CCE can take the call and inform the status.I have taken up the call I will not send any courier on Blue Dart since you have worst delivery service where they claim to be the best Thanks Sanjukta Ghosh Was this information helpful? | |||||
