Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a parcel (an SSD) that was supposed to be delivered to me but was instead delivered to the wrong address by the Blue Dart delivery personnel.
The delivery was marked as completed on 22nd April, but I never received the parcel. After following up with Blue Dart, I found out that the delivery boy had delivered it to the wrong address. Since then, I have been continuously trying to get an update, but I have received no clear response about when I will receive my order. This delay and lack of proper service has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
