My order was supposed to be delivered on 23 nov. Today i got a text saying it will be delivered today. As it is a bank document, my office address is the delivery address, and no signs of delivery yet.
Tried calling your customer care number ‭[protected]‬ but looks like it is not in use.
Called the bank and they said the delivery executive will call me. However, i cannot wait in office all day long.
Expected better service from blue dart. Hoping for a quick resolution.

This is the message I received today. I do not know anyone by the name of Arvind. This has bank debit card. So it is a serious matter.
