Blue Dart Express — consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed - i didn't received the courier

Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home and no any call for me. Wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed. I am calling bt road courier branch but not pick up my phone. Kindly request you to resend my doc. If any problem call me.

Hi while tracking my order its showing out for Delivery from the last 3 days and in the status i can see Consingee Address not located and i tried calling customer care the result is the same it never connects to them . i visited the branch also and they said my area is handled by other bluedart courier service . then why it is updated Madinaguda area in the Tracking . how to connect them
