Blue Dart Express — consignment [protected] not delivered | |||
This is regarding consignment no. [protected] which is domestic priority shipment from delhi to hyderabad. This was supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address by 12 noon the following day which was not done. At 1 pm when we checked online, it showed, 12:30 pm it reached the hyd facility and it is out for delivery. As the documents were very urgent i called the somajiguda blue dart facility and they said that i can come and pick-up the packet. At 4:05pm i reached the dhl facility and they handed over the packet to me at 4:10 pm. When i asked them to acknowledge that this packet was not delivered on time and therefore i want to raise a complaint, the facility guys tried to make many excuses and on after another 35 min they gave me an acknowledgement for this parcel. Now, as per your notice and announcement (See attached pic) if a domestic priority shipment is not delivered by 12 noon, you are supposed to refund the full amount to the customer. Therefore, please let me know how to claim the amount of rs 350/- from blue dart for not delivering my shipment on time? Was this information helpful? | |||
