First Step,

The Consignment has to deliver on 16th Feb but no call from Blue Dart (Delivery Delayed). There is no reason provided for Delivery Delayed. I got the call from 18th Feb and told the delivery person to deliver me on the office Address. He Agreed and he told he knows the location and he told it will be deliver on the same day(18th Feb)
Second Step,

Status was C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address on 20th Feb,
This is my office Address, it never shifted. For cheating the user you just put some comments on your website.
On top of that, I have written so many complaints from their website. There is no proper response. I sent follow up emails also but no proper answer. In my email I clearly told, if you do not respond I will raise a complaint in the Consumer Complaints forum. For that also they never bothered. So there is no other option for me, So I'm writing here.
I asked so many persons to provide your Area Manager Number, none ready to give.
I got some number for blue dart, but that guy was keep disconnecting my call.
Final Step,

Status was Shipment Arrived
I got a missed call from some of the service guy from Blue Dart. I tried calling him back 5 times. He picked my call on 6th time only. He was not ready to hear what I'm trying to say. He says I will deliver your consignment only around 9 PM.
These people don't even know where Jayadeva Hospital located.
If you people not interested to deliver, you can reach us to our Mobile number. So that we can come and pick up our consignments.
Please do not use this service for Urgent Deliverables.
