Blue Dart Express — Consignment not delivered and rash behavior. | |||||
An item was ordered by me online which is to be delivered by the Blue Dart courier services company to my address. The consignment no is [protected] which is to be delivered between 15 - 17 Feb, 2017 at NSEZ, Phase - 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201305. The consignment status always shows either not delivered or delivery held on their web site. It has been from several days their service man does not call me on my mobile number to receive the consignment. When i call their office phone number no body picks up the call and when they pick up the call they talk rudely and irresponsibly. They do not give me any information about how the item to be delivered or where is the item.There is total negligence. Please help me to so that my consignment is delivered to me asap.
