I am repeatedly calling texting mailing as well as tweeting my issue regarding my package ([protected]). I have been made aware that there have been 2 incidents where a delivery attempt was made but no one from the courier service called me or no message for delivery was sent. When i questioned the customer care regarding this they told me there is no process of calling a customer before delivery and believe that the customer will have a dream of sorts that the package is coming today.
This is a very serious issue taken very lightly and i believe an extensive effort of making a customers life hell. I hope this complaint helps
