Blue Dart Express — courier delivered to someone else without informing me | |
The worst courier service I have ever seen. The delivery guy delivered my courier to someone else without even calling me once. The delivery took place without even calling the recipient. How can they compromise with such sensitive issues, they don't even give the contact no. of the delivery person.

My order from British Council with Blue Dart Awb #[protected] is not delivered. I was at home but I received an sms saying that my premises are closed. Later, I received another sms saying that my order will be delivered today. I waited the whole day but the order is not delivered. Please, fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you!
