Gov of india facilitates delivery of its products/services through blue dart courier service. I have paid delivery charges for my parcel while applying for the same from government website. For the parcel's tracking id when i checked on website on 29th sept 2017 it was updated as courier delivered on 26th sept 2017 itself, but no one in our home received the parcel. When i submitted the complaint to blue dart customer support via email on 29th sept 2017, parcel arrived next morning immediately. I am suspicious on the blue dart service provider as they have updated the false status without actually delivering the parcel and what they were doing with the parcel for 3 days? Moreover the delivery guy is demanding extra money for delivering the product at doorstep and says its free of cost if you come and collect it from office. I am not sure why they have kept the name "blue dart courier services". I hope concerned people will take a proper action against service provider on false status update/suspicious action, demanding bribe for the services.
