My courier(laptop) has NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED to the recipient but the tracking website shows it as DELIVERED.
I have tried calling the customer care multiple times but could not get a proper response. I even reqiested them to dhare the delivery person details so that at least I could check but all they keep saying is that we do not have such details. I dont understand how a logistics company does not have details of who delivered a particular package, which in this case has not been delivered .
