Dear management,
I ashish pandey having ref no ref no ev[protected] for my card courier which was not delivered as the sales boy who came at home was not aware of any documentation process needed to complete the same, he did not accepted my mom id, my id as i was not at home, he went to my home 2 times and came back to bluedart office without informing and my parcel is returned and mentioned that no body was at home to pick up the same.
Is this the service they are paying,, it hampered me a lot as that was very urgent to do a transaction but due to foolish people it did not.
And after calling to bluedart service center on [protected] the call center lady priyanka was very foolish as she does not know how to deal with customer and she denied me to help further... You can track the voice for the same...
If this is bluedart service then i wont to request please stop such farji company to operate as service is major concern, with our money they are earning and they are talking and servicing like this...
