Blue Dart Express — courier not delivered on time due to the staff mistakes. | |
I had booked a courier with blue drat on 11/06/19 on urgent basis they charged Rs550 and given commitment that it will be delivered on 13/06/19 during working hours. The address was clearly mentioned on it with pincode but still their team has miss routed my courier to other village and it wasn't delivered on time. I was very angry since it was an important parcel to reach on time and I tried contacting blue drat customer care no response then immediately i reached to their vashi(Navi Mumbai) office still they don't have proper response. The only answer is sorry sir mistake happened from our end we put up request for it, but their sorry can't slove my problem. Such an high level of cheating customers openly, the customer care person asked me to drop mail to their regional manager to mail I'd [protected]@bluedrat.com and I dropped mail after an hour I got failure notice of mail by saying incorrect mail I'd, I asked repeatedly that the mail I'd is proper r not she with so confidently told drop a mail to that mail I'd. The other thing she told I will get call from their team in an hour but I didn't got any call. Such an useless service just only interested in charging more on the basis o[censored]rgent requirement but not able to deliver on time nor proper responsive from customer care services. So it's a huge example for all urgent delivery basis courier. IAM writing this because at least it may useful to some one for not trusting blue drat for their urgent basis couriers.
