Blue Dart Express — courier not yet delivered but the message came as delivered

Hi,

Message came on 26-sep-2017 that courier was delivered to hcl tech, chennai. Then, i went and checked with my service desk. They said that no courier received in my name. Then, i called the sholinganallur blue dart office and now they were telling that courier is with us only not yet delivered. Now, they are telling me to come and collect the courier. Is this way that courier delivering process? Seriously, after that phone call it make more irritating with that service person
