Hello Blue Dart,
my tracking code is [protected].
estimated delivery date was on 8th October 2021. In website they have updated as "delivery attempted premise was closed", truth was no person was contacted me whole day i was in home. so then i called to customer service on 9th of October[protected], they told me that they will deliver product today EOD. but i have received no call from blue dart.
but in website updated as "shipment out for delivery" at 19:19 of 9th October 2021 and then at 21:00 of 9th October 2021 updated as "consignee out of station". i was waiting whole day for service.
they are simply updating status without making attempt to deliver and that to in non working hours simply updating status as out for delivery.
I would like to request blue dart to consider the issue seriously and do the needful.
