My brother couriered my cell phone from Delhi to Mumbai with AWB No [protected] on 28.9.2016 and phone was in good condition at that time. I received courier on 29.9.2016, first of all packing was very pathetic and when I open the parcel switched on my phone the touch screen was not working, I was so disappointed.

I have faced inconvenience because of Blue dart carelessness.

I would like to claim the charges of rs 5000.00 which I have to pay for new touch screen of my cell phone . I am hopeful that blue dart will claim my settlement promptly.

Updated by Suhail1 I went to Sony service center for my phone inspection and they told me that you need to replace the display and it will cost 8000.00 to 10000.00. Dur to blue dart carelessness this much loss I have suffered. Hoping I will receive my claim ASAP.
