Hi my name is Sajjad Khan,
Recently my bank hdfc shipped a new credit card through blue dart and they gave me
AWB bill number to track i was tracking for few days
Today it was updated as out for delivery
Normally the delivery boy will have phone no he can contact me but without even contacting me he Updated as adress incomplete if my adress was wrong he could have called once right
The customer care also
When i called they are not even taking complaint on delivery thing
They asked me to give a complete adress i gave with detail adress like additionally i added some colony name
In previous adress everything was there
Door nor
Area my city and even i got delivered coriers from them previously for the same adress but this time how he can say without even contacting
No customer care people telling
They will match adress and will investigate and if not resloved then they are telling me to contact bank
Where is my mistake in this
Why should i suffer for the mistake the delivery boy have did and customer care no also not at all connecting
They are updating everywere that undelivered due to my adress incomplete
How can they even do that
