Blue Dart Express — credit card dispatch | |||||
Hi, This concern is regarding the credit card that i requested for a dispatch and it reached bluedart on oct 31 and was supposed to be delivered to me by nov 1st. I made sure that the timings for contacting me was clearly mentioned in my request so that i could be aware of the time o[censored] people contacting me. On nov 1st, i had a call from one of your delivery team to which i responded in 15 minutes since i was busy with my work as it was my working hours and the person answered carelessly and lied to have visited my delivery address as the address ive requested for delivery was office itself. And when i requested him to wait for 5 minutes and got down to the ground floor to check for the person and the guy was nowhere to be found and didn't answer my call until 7.30 in the evening after several attempts. The delivery person later shared a number and asked me to contact the number [protected] to check the status who hardly cared for my concern and making me beg him for what was promised. This person is more rude and almost uses swear words when i request him to help me get the credit card i called this person atleast 15 to 20 times today since morning and he kept asking me to call him after 30 minutes everything i called him though it was working hours. This person later when i told him i'm available the whole day at my work place, said he dispatched my card to my house address though i mentioned i'll be available at my work place address which is my prioritised address in the request. Kindly look into it and do the needful as none deserves a service that u offer and as this is the last time i'm ever going to opt for your services... Regards. Was this information helpful? | |||||
