Blue Dart Express — Credit card not delivered neither i was contacted | |||||
My courier was expected to be delivered on 16th Feb but it is not yet delivered. You people are saying that the landmark is incomplete. If you don't know the landmark, you can just call me. I will tell the landmark. But your courier guy don't even bother to contact me. I even provided my full delivery address to one of your contact person ([protected]@bluedart.com) but you guys are not interested to deliver my courier. I keep on getting message that delivery will be attempted. What do you really mean by attempting? Your job is to get the delivery done properly on time but that is not happening at all. I think your courier service is really bad. I would really like to escalate this to higher authorities if I did not receive my courier on Monday. Also, I doubt I will use your services in future and will also tell others to do the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
