My order waybill no is [protected]. It was an OnePlus 10pro 5g with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 7pm (September 29-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".
Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? I need my shipment asap and if you cancel the order this time without my consent I will straight away have to take action against you people.
