The product( mark card) bearing the airway bill number Blue Dart Awb# [protected] by the British Council was delivered in a crushed way. The delivery person did not give a proper answer to the question about this state of the product. This shows the irresponsibility of the delivery team and the quality of the brand is questioned. Very poor delivery service.My order is returned back just because I didn't get sms prior to delivery about the same and didnt receive any information about delivery person prior to delivery.And now they will attempt that after 2days and again with not any prior sms.How one can be available for 24hrs.Secondly now I don't trust blue dart.
