In my life so far I have had privilege of opening Various Bank accounts and also have been lucky enough to use a few debit cards however this is something insane that has just happened to me.
My debit card is been delivered to some other person and I have no clue about it and no calls from anybody and I can clearly see the name of the person on their official website that my debit card has been submitted to Thapa
As per the guidelines of the Apex bank, it is mandatory to check Aadhar Card or Pan Card or any other orginal identity of the person at the time of delivery.
I may have a basic Account as of now in your huge company but every ruppee counts and I am stuck without money due to epitome negligence of your team and your courier partner.
Kindly help me out with a compensation on daily basis starting today till a new card is delivered to me.
This is pure banking fraud and loophole in your courier delivery system which needs to be taken to consumer Court on an immediate basis and I need to withdraw the amount which I am unable to do from past 3 days which is causing me a lot trouble to for my payments. I demand a compensation of this negligence and this attitude.
