[protected] just the see the status and my conversation on your help line[protected] as per given below 04/06/18 : Consignment booked from Rewari 04/06/18 : Reached Mahaipalpur ( connected further on 08/06/18 ) 06/06/18 : My conversation with one lady informed me that "your parcel is in Baroda and you will get delivery today itself" - MISLEADING 07/06/18: My conversation with Ms.DHARA, as I could not hear her properly talk her loudly and she get MAD told me very rudely that Delivery Date is 08/06/18 and HANGED UP. I try again 2 times to talk to help line both the times DHARA answer the phone and HANGED UP saying "Delivery Date is 08/06/18) - REALLY GREAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . 07/06/18: I dare to call help line again SHAILEE answered the call and she assured me that she will inform the concern person to connect parcel immediately so that I will get it in time. Where as reality was something different.She must be knowing that even if it get connected on 07/06/18, it takes at least 48 hours to reach BARODA . Hence she also lied at me and due to her misleading statement I committed my customer to deliver the material on 09/06/18. - REAL HELP LINE MAKE CUSTOMER HELPLESS 08/06/18 : When I see online that consignment is connected further, I again call helpline . VICKY answer the call and inform me that It will take at least 48 hours. Next 48 hours was weekend final due to your service and irresponsible customer service I faced the problem. My customer told me like anything but I had no answer 11/06/18 Finally consignment reach on 11/06/18 (just late by 3 days) but story is not over. I have given them my mobile nos so that any body can reach office to get delivery but Nobody bother to call and just drop the box at my office in lunch time when there were no responsible person. Delivery boy simply drop the box without any paper. After that I called several time for paper but nothing has happen so far. I been to your depot at Gorwa, Baroda personally but till now no action taken from your side. So my BIG QUESTION IS. IS YOUR CUSTOMER CARE STAFF IS FOR THE SAW OFF ONLY OR THE DO SOME THING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS? Frankly speaking so far I haven, t face any problem but when problem faced you guys are not ready to face the customer. And my supplier CAPSUGEL, real stupid that they can not force you to take action. They must be giving you good business but you guys don't care for business. If this thing happens one more time I am going to KICK THEM OUT. I care for my customer and I never misguide my customer whether they are BIG or SMALL. Was this information helpful? | |||
