Dear customer care team a parcel bearing no:[protected] dt:06-10-17 was booked from faridabad to bhubaneswar. But till the date and time i am not getting the same. Yesterday when i tracked the consignment on online it reflect the parcel is expected to delivery on dt:09-10-17, but from yesterday to till now i had called to the bhubaneswar office land line no: [protected] and other nos given at you site near about 100 times to know the status of my consignment but no one was picked up the phone even a single time. So how can i and any one know the status of their consignment. At the time of booking your booking agent was promised to deliver the material within two days and charged accordingly but the service is given by you is very worst. Specially in bhubaneswar odisha office. All the staffs are unfitt and unable to deliver the quick and positive response to their client, if the administration want to keep good repo in the market and with your client administration should take strict action against the incapable staff who is unfitt for your organisation.
