Sir,
I have purchased three items from amazone online out of which two items has been already delivered but the last one items which is supposed to reached my address is on 24th august 2017, but unfortunately it reached here 25th of this month and since then they were doing making delay in delivering my goods. On making inquiry they took lame excuses. Moreover whenever my consignment has arrived they asked me to collect it from their courier shops whereas i have always paid my delivery charges during my online purchasing of goods. So, kindly do some needful action at the earliest otherwise i am going to knock the door of consumer court.
