Blue Dart Express — Delay in delivery of my order | |||
I had a shipment scheduled to be delivered from Bluedart with number shipment#[protected]. The current status of the shipment as marked by bluedart tracking is "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark". However, no one contacted or called me. My address is very clearly updated and I receive multiple parcels with the same updated address seamlessly with other courier service without any issue. Even the company from where I ordered the parcel used ECOMEX for delivering my last two orders and I did not have any issue with it. The issue only seems to be with Bluedart. I suggest them to hire appropriate staff who would actually try to locate the address and call the customer in case they have any issue locating the address instead o[censored]pdating the status like that.
