Blue Dart Express — Delay in product delivery and no response | |||||
I was to receive courier on 4th and there is no delivery till now. I called to customer care and he said that the product will be delivered on 06th of August and that dint happen. When I check in the site about status, its mentioned as "Delay Caused Beyond Control". There is no rain nothing and I haven't received a call from your side that the product will be delivered on so n so date/ delayed. I see daily the change in the status without any information to me.. I used to have high regards to Bluedart but with this experience I will definitely say its the worst service provider... Horrible!!! shame on your services...
