Blue Dart Express — delay of my bluedart parcel with waybill number [protected] | |||
Was supposed to get my parcel on 20th december 2019 The bluedart courier boy called me and said he will deliver the parcel the very next day so i agreed. Next day 21st december i called him to remind him to deliver the parcel. He said he will deliver it within one hour but he didn't and at night i got a text that it was not delivered because i was unavailable which isn't true. Next day 22nd december a girl called me to inform me that my parcel was not delivered and what to do with it so i told her the whole scenario and she said it will be delivered within 2 days. On 23rd and 24th dec i talked to her on phone and she said there is some problem going on due to connectivity failure so they are proceeding now and it will be delivered within 2 days. And now it's been more than a week i still didn't recieve my parcel. What kind of service is this. I asked the girl to tell me the whereabouts of my parcel so that i can personally go and recieve it but she didn't help either. Now it's showing on bluedart tracking site that the consignee refuse to accept. I am harassed enough kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
