Blue Dart Express — delayed delivery and false information on tracking | |||
It was an application form package was send through blue dart courier. I was expecting on 13 march 2018. It did not arrive on time and when i checked on 15th march 2018, the tracking was amazingly displaying wrong information. Refer to the attachment. Fyi.. I never received a call and my family was at home all the time as we had some guests in our apartment. Blue dart should take action not to hampering customer & reputation.
