Blue Dart Express — delayed due to interchanging of packets

We are a seafood exporter from bhubaneswar, odisha, have placed two packets on 16/4/2018 vide awb no: [protected], consignee : merilyn shipping & transport, visakhapatnam and awb no: [protected], consignee : mr. Sudip, sealand logistics, kolkata, also one packet on 17/04/2018 vide awb no.[protected] consignee : re shipping, visakhapatnam. Ultimately our 3 packets got interchanged and delayed for 10 days to deliver the respective address, due to which we had big monetary loss occurred.
