Blue Dart Express — delivered to the wrong address without even calling me

I ordered a item in paytm. It was supposed to deliver by 8th may, i haven't received any item, but it is showing delivered. When i checked with paytm they provided a pdf of blue dart delivery, in that they delivered it to the wrong address. The awb number is [protected]. I gave my address as chinmayi pg for ladies, they delivered it to srinivas chinmayi pg. I haven't received any call before the delivery. This is heights of negligence, my money is also valuable. I need an action on this

My Courier from Vista Print out for delivery on 02/05/2018 but till today we have not received the same. last time also i have face same problem and your service provider replied us collect from our office. i dont know why but why we are facing this stupid problem each and every time. please resolve this
