Blue Dart Express — delivery agent issue | |||
Waybill no. [protected] The shipment should have delivered by october 29, 2019, the package was with delivery agent for 2 days on october 31st, 2019 he claims he tried to deliver and couldn't find the address as per the tracking, the delivery agent didn't even tried to call to locate the address, the address is totally correct as confirmed on call with the customer service of bluedart, still the package is not delivered today is november 1st, 2019, on the same address the previous shipment waybill no. [protected] was delivered but again delayed delivery but no such issue was faced of address location. Pathetic service, needs to take some serious action against this.
