I ordered a coat from Vero Moda for the winter as i will be traveling to a cold country. It was to be delivered on 28th Nov. I received a message saying "out for delivery" but it never came. The same night, i received a message saying, we attempted delivery but the consignee's address is invalid (i checked and it wasn't) So, i clicked on the link and shared the already correct address again.
Today, I spoke to vero moda's customer care and they said they have asked blue dart to speed it up. I received a message again saying it is out for delivery but - yeah, you guessed it, nothing.
Note, there is no delivery boy's number shared or a live tracking. I only says "out for delivery" but nothing comes by. I am also at home the entire day so there is no way I'd miss it.
I have not received a call or next or any update on the parcel. I am leaving in 3 days and this service is next to pathetic. At this point, it is easier for me to apply and receive government documents than get a delivery from Blue Dart.
Worst thing is that their customer call center numbers are all invalid. The most you can do is write an email. And, I expect them to take their own sweet time to respond to it as if it is being delivered by a pigeon.
