Blue Dart Express — delivery boy refuses to deliver item at designated address

Dear team, Today (19dec18) i was notified that my item (Way bill:[protected]) was out for deliver. The deliver boy called and asked to come and receive the order on road. I work with a nationalized bank and leaving counter even for a minute was difficult today. I requested the deliver boy to kindly deliver on the door address provide with the order he refused and rudely disconnected saying receive the package from local office.
